Membership
MACD membership in Malaysia will be widely representative of commerce, industry, government and the business professions—spanning the full spectrum of business from the largest public companies to the smallest private enterprises.
Members hold positions on the boards of many of the companies listed on Bursa Securities Malaysia. Membership is also extended to directors of privately owned companies, professionals, business leaders and executives holding senior positions in the public sector. Our goal is to represent all who make decisions that ensure the success of private and public enterprise, with a particular emphasis on increasing members' diversity.
Although membership is limited to individuals, there are special categories of Charter Members and valued Corporate Members that align themselves with the aims and objectives of MACD by financially supporting its objectives and ideals.
The Corporate Board membership category provides certain advantages to companies wishing to ensure their directors benefit through their individual membership in MACD.
